What’s up, and thanks for stopping by! I’m Coach Ekong—a God-fearing husband and father, raised in Dallas, Texas, by tough-as-nails parents who instilled in me a “never say die” attitude.

That mindset is something I embrace and strive to exemplify through my coaching every day.

My journey hasn’t been easy, but it’s shaped who I am today. Before I even graduated high school, I lost my father to a heart attack. It was a shock, especially since we weren’t very close. Dealing with that loss, along with being bullied at school, pushed me into a dark place. But from that darkness, I found a new purpose: turning my pain into something positive
