A: We offer a variety of "in-person" fitness training programs tailored to the individuals in the Texas area. Our most common Texas cities we serve are Richardson, Garland, Mesquite, Plano, Frisco, Far North Dallas, Addison, and Sachse.

 

Q: What If I Start Training With A Partner, And They Stop-But I Want To Continue training?

A: Partner Packages with any remaining sessions can be completed by the client who chooses to continue. However, Partner Package rates will STILL remain the same with, or without a partner until all paid sessions under the plan are fulfilled. Sessions are NON-REFUNDABLE (barring high-level medical emergencies IE: fatal car accidents, doctor restrictions, contagious illnesses, etc.) Paid sessions may not be given away or transferred, but paid clients who started on the Partner Package may continue training with the option of substituting in 1 other person to avoid having to train alone. Replacement clients considered for training, must meet all required health standards and gym policies.

 

Q: How Does The 50% off Meal Plan Work?

A: Clients who purchase both the meal plan and any fitness package over 4 sessions will receive a discount for half off. Clients may take advantage of this discount every time they by both offers consecutively throughout training. Ask Coach Ekong for more details.

 

Q: What are your rates?

Q: What is your refund/cancellation policy?

A: We offer a flexible refund and cancellation policy for our personal training services. For single session cancellations only, which are made more than 24 hours in advance of your scheduled session, you will receive a full refund. If you need to cancel a paid session within 24 hours of your appointment, you will receive a 50% refund. Cancellations on the same day within the hour, offer NO REFUNDS. If you are unable to attend a scheduled session for any reason, you may reschedule for a future session without penalty.

Please note that for all package rate plans, any cancellations or refunds requested after 3 days of the initial payment will not be eligible as LifeChangInc would have built out the full program by this time and the sweat equity would cover full payment. However, in such cases, we will provide a PDF with all remaining workout sessions or offer the option to transfer the sessions to another individual. Otherwise, the payment will be considered null and void.

Q: What type of training do you offer?

A: We offer a variety of personal training programs tailored to the individual. We specialize in strength and conditioning, aerobic, one-on-one, HIIT, group training, and more.

 

Q: Do you offer in-home training?

A: We offer a variety of personal training programs tailored to individuals online which have been found to be extremely successful for in-home fitness regimens. On rare occasions clients who qualify under the traveling distance of a 5–7-mile radius, who pose no scheduling conflicts and who are willing to pay the regular session price plus any additional travel fees can be eligible for this service. To be clear, this is a case-by-case basis.

Q: What is your experience as a personal trainer?

A: I have a combined experience of over 10 years in the health and fitness industry, including experience as a commercial gym manager. In addition, I also hold 4 active health-based certifications with the nationally accredited fitness organization, The International Institute of Sports, and Science Association.

 

Q: How often will I need to train?

A: We typically recommend 2-3 sessions per week, but the frequency of training depends on your individual goals and objectives.

 

Q: What results can I expect?

A: Personal training can help you achieve a variety of goals, from improving overall health and fitness to building strength and endurance. With proper guidance and dedication, you can expect to see positive results in a relatively short amount of time.

 

Q: What type of training do you specialize in?

A: We specialize in weight management programs and one on one total body training strategies.

 

Q: What certifications do you have?

A: My certifications include Fitness Trainer, Nutritionist, Youth Trainer, and Senior Citizens.

 

Q: Are you certified in CPR/AED/First Aid?

A: Yes. We renew our license every 2 years.

A: Yes. We assist clients with diet and nutrition

 

Q: What types of fitness assessments do you provide?

A: General total body fitness assessment is offered on the first day of training.

 

Q: Do you have a gym, or do you train clients at their homes or in the outdoors?

A: We offer training in an in-door private gym facility located in the Richardson, Texas area right off Highway 75. However, there is a turf area right outside the building that can also be used for outdoor workouts.

 

Q: What methods do you use to track progress?

A: We allow clients to use any tracking device they feel comfortable with, however we recommend MyFitnessPal to track their calories.

 

Q: Are you available for virtual sessions?

A: Currently we are focusing more on in-person training, however we are always open to discuss different scenarios where it may work as a good option.

 

Q: What are your availability hours?

A: Hour of Operation are Monday through Friday 4:15 PM to 8:00 PM and Saturday 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM

 

Q: What types of goals do you help clients achieve?

A: Goals for our clients can range but at the core of our work we are always looking to help our clients prioritize their health.

 

Q: Do you offer any discounts or packages?

A: We offer a 50% off the regular price of our 4-week meal planning service. Clients may take advantage of this offer when buying fitness packages for in-person training.

 

Q: What measures do you take to ensure safety and prevent injury?

A: Clients are asked to review and sign a health waiver that verifies they are healthy enough to perform general workout and have no impeding health restrictions or current ailments that would be a cause for concern. In addition I always work at a pace and tempo safe for clients, keeping good communication at all times.

 

Q: What is included in your training program?

A: All training programs include guided workouts, strategies as well as recommended foods for the client to perform at their very best.

Q: What is your policy if I am not satisfied with the results?

A: We have yet to have a client who was dissatisfied with the results. However, we never guarantee results because this is unrealistic. We are only able to confidently assure clients of our daily goal towards providing all the necessary tools to help them reach their projected goals if they follow the program as instructed.

 

Q: Do you have any health and fitness related qualifications?

A: In addition to being an ex-front desk worker at a box commercial gym while in college, I also managed a multi-million-dollar gym facility as an adult. In that position I was also in charge of overseeing 3 other gyms located in the same geographical area.
