LifeChanging is a personal training service that specializes in helping clients achieve their fitness goals of losing fat and increasing lean muscle mass. The service is especially useful for busy business professionals and athletes who find it difficult to consistently work out and eat right due to their work schedules. Coach Ekong provides guided workouts and nutrition plans that are simple yet impactful, based on proven strategies he has developed over 10 years in the industry. LifeChanginc has received perfect 5-star testimonials on Google, and is located in the Richardson area, 30 minutes from anywhere in the Dallas-Ft.Worth metroplex. They are currently accepting new clients for total body transformations and invite interested individuals to book an appointment to check out their full-service private gym facility.
